Exhanges & Returns

You have 30 days to exchange an item from the date you purchased it.

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it due to change of mind. 

To be eligible for an exchange or return, you must have the receipt for proof of purchase. 

Your item must also be unused in the same condition that you received it with original packaging present and all labels attached.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it complies with the above conditions.

We will notify you upon its arrival and once inspected update you on the status of your refund.

If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method - cash, credit or debit card. 

Please note, refunds may incur a short delay before returning to your account, depending on your card issuer's policies. You should receive the credit within a certain amount of days. 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item.

Shipping costs are non­-refundable.
