We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you contact us promptly before we have processed your order we will be able to cancel / change your order.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. International shipping times depend on the products and destination. All smaller items are sent 48hr tracked and signed to mainland UK with Royal Mail. Orders to ROI are sent with Fastway. Orders of larger products such as surfboards are sent with Express Freight or Parcel Force!

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or packing slip included.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
