How do I work out what size I need please? I have no idea on the relative size of my head in relation to other peoples'!

SMALL 55-56cm 21.5-22''
MEDIUM 56-58cm 22-22.75''
LARGE5 8-60cm 22.75-23.5''
X-LARGE 60-62cm 23.5-24.25''
