Returns Policy
Troggs Surf Shop work hard to ensure the supply of only the highest quality surf products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below.
If you feel happier doing this on the phone, then call our shop on +44 (0) 28 70 825 477 and we'll take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item.

How long have I got to return my unwanted goods?
Troggs Surf Shop will accept returns up to 28 days after the date of invoice.
What is a "returns number" and how do I get one?
The returns number helps both you and ourselves keep tabs on whats going on with your order, to make sure we have the right package and deal with any questions you may have at any stage.
If you want to return an item to us you must first obtain a returns number — an email to customerservices@troggs.com quoting your order number will suffice. We cannot accept any returned items without this returns number.
Display the returns number clearly on the outside of the package being sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package.
Note: Troggs Surf Shop requires that items being returned must be in their original condition, still have their tags attached and include any appropriate packaging. We will not accept soiled, smelly or smokey goods!
What about exchanging goods?
If you desire to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the postage back to us but there will be no subsequent postal charge for the replacement item.
Are there any costs involved in returning goods?
Returns may be subject to a charge to cover any postage costs incurred, along with the cost of processing the return (This charge will appear on your invoice as a handling fee).
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or Royal Mail International Signed For.
